1. Our Services
Keystone Public Trust provides strategic campaign advisory services for candidates, campaign teams, civic organizations, and referral partners. Services may include public-facing candidate readiness snapshots, campaign readiness reviews, message and positioning support, digital presence and website structure guidance, public trust signal analysis, strategic planning support, and advisory conversations related to campaign organization and public-facing credibility.
Our Services are intended to help users evaluate and strengthen public-facing campaign clarity, message structure, digital readiness, and practical next steps. We may use publicly available information, information voluntarily submitted by users, and AI-assisted tools to support research, drafting, organization, and advisory preparation.
Keystone Public Trust does not provide legal advice, campaign finance compliance services, treasurer services, accounting services, field operation ownership, or guaranteed electoral outcomes. Users remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, campaign finance rules, election regulations, platform rules, and reporting obligations.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, graphics, documents, templates, frameworks, service descriptions, and related materials, as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of content to which you have properly gained access, solely for personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes.
No part of the Services, content, or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for a commercial purpose without express prior written permission.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these terms;
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside;
- You will not access the Services through unauthorized automated or non-human means;
- You will not use the Services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Your use of the Services will not violate applicable law or regulation.
If information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate access and refuse current or future use of the Services.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the purpose for which we make them available. You agree not to:

- trick, defraud, mislead, impersonate, harass, abuse, intimidate, or threaten another person or representative of the Services
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
- use the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, election regulations, platform rules, or campaign finance obligations
- upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or data-mining tools without permission
- delete copyright or proprietary notices from content
- copy, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or compete with the Services using protected content or systems
5. User Submissions
The Services may allow you to submit information through forms, scheduling tools, email communications, readiness inquiries, or other private communications. These submissions may include campaign, candidate, organization, website, social media, public-facing message, referral, or other advisory-related information.
Unless we specifically state otherwise or you authorize publication, these submissions are not intended to be posted publicly through the Services. You represent that you have the right to provide any information you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Submission License
We may access, store, process, and use information and personal data you provide, subject to our Privacy Policy and your choices, for the purpose of providing, administering, protecting, and improving the Services.
By submitting suggestions, feedback, or other information regarding the Services, you agree that we may use that feedback for lawful purposes without compensation. You retain ownership of your submissions and any intellectual property rights associated with them, subject to the limited rights needed for us to provide the Services.
7. Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these terms, take appropriate action for violations, refuse or limit access, disable burdensome files or content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect rights, property, security, and proper functioning.
8. Term And Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny access to or use of the Services, including by blocking certain IP addresses, for any reason permitted by law, including breach of these terms or applicable law.
9. Modifications And Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove content from the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times, and we may experience interruptions, delays, errors, maintenance, or changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
To expedite resolution and control costs, you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings, except where immediate legal action is permitted below.
A dispute arising out of or related to these terms may be referred to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules unless a court of competent jurisdiction determines that arbitration is not enforceable or does not apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must proceed on an individual basis and may not be joined with other proceedings, arbitrated on a class-action basis, or brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons.
Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights, allegations of theft, privacy invasion, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction without first engaging in informal negotiations or arbitration.
12. Corrections
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
13. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Advisory materials are informational and strategic in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, campaign finance compliance advice, accounting advice, treasurer services, or a guarantee of electoral outcome.
14. Limitations Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our representatives will not be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profit, loss of data, or other damages arising from use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any cause will be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six-month period before the cause of action arose. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, demands, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, breach of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful acts connected to the Services.
16. User Data
We maintain certain data transmitted to the Services for the purpose of managing service performance and providing the Services. Although we may perform routine backups, you are responsible for the data you transmit and should keep your own copies where appropriate.
17. Electronic Communications
Visiting the Services, sending email, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
18. Miscellaneous
These terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not operate as a waiver. If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect remaining provisions.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us as a result of these terms or use of the Services.
